Machine main features
1.The temperature difference it is extremely small between BGA bottom and PCB board, which is most in line with the strict requirements of lead-free process, especially for lead-free products with difficult soldering requirements.
2. Up and down independent heating modules, independent hot air circulation, double welding zone or three welding zone settings.
3. Due to the modular design of each temperature zone, high temperature resistant long-axis hot air motor and high thermal energy nickel-chromium heating wire. It takes 20 minutes from room temperature to constant temperature.
4. Drawer-type heating component structure: This structure is very convenient and quick to maintain, and complete replacement work can be realized in 15 minutes. The traditional heating rack takes 2 hours at the fastest. (Traditional heating components need to be removed for maintenance, such as mesh belts, guide rails, etc. It will not only delay time, but also cause damage to the machine.)
Reliable and stable transmission system
1. Symmetrical double-slot guide rail, high temperature resistance, no deformation, low heat absorption. Standard chain, net chain synchronous and parallel transportation, optional dual-rail transportation system or central support system.
2. The width adjustment adopts a three-stage synchronous width adjustment structure, and the two ends are equipped with automatic thermal expansion extension devices of the guide rails, which effectively ensure the parallelism of the guide rails, prevent the occurrence of board falling and jamming, free of cleaning, and easy to adjust.
3. The computer-controlled automatic refueling system can automatically refuel according to the transportation speed and machine status, and the flow rate is adjustable.
4. The automatic width adjustment system adopts closed-loop PID control, which can automatically adjust to the required width according to the parameters input by the computer, and the accuracy can reach 0.2mm.
5. The UPS power-off protection function ensures that the PCB board can output normally after a sudden power-off without damage.
